M6 to junction 40, travel west along A66, past first Keswick turn-off to large round-a-bout 17 miles from M6.

Turn left and follow Crosthwaite Road down to T junction. Turn left into High Hill and at mini round-a-bout go

straight over and take first left into Stanger Street.

By Rail

From Euston London to Penrith Cumbria is the nearest station. Buses leave the station forecourt for Keswick approximately every hour.

If you leave the train at Oxenholme for Windermere the last bus connection for Keswick is about 4 pm. If you miss this get back on the train to Penrith.
