Badgers Wood tariff for bed & breakfast accommodation
Our room rates for bed & breakfast accommodation shown below are per person per night and include all applicable taxes:
| Double en-suite room (i.e. one double bed) | £34.00 |
| Twin en-suite room (i.e. two single beds) | £36.00 |
| Single en-suite room | £36.00 |
Please note that the above rates are based upon the room being fully occupied. We can provide you with a rate for the single occupancy of an en-suite double or twin room upon request.
During the peak months we normally require a two night minimum booking.
Children
We are only able to accommodate children over 10 years of age.
Pets
As we do not allow pets into the house and have none of our own, Badgers Wood should be safe a environment for guests with pet specific allergies.
Arrival time
This is discussed or arranged with you before you arrive to ensure that a mutually convenient time is agreed. We endeavour to have rooms ready by 12.30 p.m. each day but should you arrive in Keswick earlier you can drop your luggage off at the house prior to your room being ready for occupation. Our latest check-in time is normally 9.00 p.m. and arrivals after this time are by prior arrangement only.
Check-out time
We ask that your room is vacated by 10.00 a.m. so that we can prepare it for our next guests' arrival. We are happy for you to leave luggage at the house for collection later in the day if you are travelling by public transport.
